Collections deserve better tools
Most collectors end up with the same three tools: a spreadsheet that can't hold a photo, a notes app that can't calculate anything, and a camera roll with no structure at all. None of them were built for the actual job — knowing what you have, what condition it's in, and what it's worth.
Flosna Vault started from a simple frustration: wanting a real answer to "what is my collection worth right now?" without opening three different apps and doing the math by hand. So it's built as one purpose-made system — vaults, items, custom fields, financial tracking, and reporting — instead of a spreadsheet with extra steps.
Why local-first
A collection is personal. There's no reason your inventory of watches, coins, or family heirlooms needs to live on someone else's server to be useful to you. Every feature in Flosna Vault — search, analytics, PDF reports, barcode scanning — works fully offline, because it's all just working with the database already on your device.
What's next
Flosna Vault is under active development. Free tools, collection guides, and new features ship regularly — the fastest way to see what's new is the in-app changelog, or this site's blog.
